It tells me that smart money is banking on cashing in on cheap shares ( shorting) ,when citi loan becomes due and shares struggle to remain above $1.00 US ... 

Don needs to shake things up NOW , START PROMOTING a Nasdaq listing prior to August 28 , 2017 get our shares back to $3.00 plus and let the market and under writer institution promote our phase 3 company ( why is this so difficult ?)
