,,,koo,,,,,,I am somewhat confused as to why the IP was included in the agreement when he already owns such a large % of the shares then. The IP is what KD has DM over the barrel with,,,,,,I think its in reverse,,,,,,,,,,,so my point is that if KD gets more shares then the BoM is looking good,,if he dont extend the LoC then he is still in the drivers seat,,,,,from what I see,,,DM is being forced to negotiate either with KD or a third party....there is no inbetween from what I can see......DM is a have not,,,KD is a have,,and when you have you tend to get your way,,,,,,jmo
