Hummmm,,,,,,,,I dont expect the crestor/208 patent would ever be sold. My gut instinct tells me KD and HL want to be in full control of this combo to manaufacture and distribute,,,,,BP,,such as AZ might get a license agreement to use the combo. Personally I think RVX will be taken out by KD and the sunshine team, especially on a successful BoM, no BP joining albeit they may be at the door wanting in. KD has already said he would take BoM to the finish line. Why take on another partner and share the spoils? I dont think big business intentionally passes up big $$$ opportunities unless they get the door slammed closed before they can get in. jmo.
