I disagree. 

I think the IP is way too valuable to be pledged again. 

I think we'd be better off getting some US brokerage house to organize a PP for us at a higher level. 

Let's get some real interest going on the street and take that IP hangover out of the picture. 

Dilution can be a net positive if done properly. 

The ends may justify the means.
