I kind of want to see dilution via a secondary offering.....and obviously the higher the offering price the better.  I could see it being explosive for the PPS, but I could also see it sending us on something of a wild roller coaster ride.

Ideally a big house like a BMO would be the lead underwriter...with some smaller firms in the mix as well like maybe Cannaccord or the like.  Price it at say $3 per share for 40,000,000 shares (I'm just spitballing) which would net $120 million less any fees, that would give the company enough Do Ré Mi to settle the LOC with cash left over to get to the finish line with BETonMACE and maybe even with CKD as well.

Again....I'm just spitballing on the numbers, but the advantages for shareholders I see are big.  Obviously the underwriting team (the more the merrier) would likely have analysts all talking RVX up to their books....we might even get some nice lofty price targets.  The way I see things is that its the big players who rule the roost and little Resverlogix isn't playing the game....why should the big boys push RVX to their customers when there are other public companies paying them investor banking fees and playing the game.

Just some random thoughts....obviousy the higher the PPS at the time of any secondary, the better it would be.  Get to $6 and the same math works but with just 20,000,000 shares
