11/11/2015: First patient dosed
9/12/2016: enrollment at 600. These 600 are at minimum 29 months dosing.
12/15/2016: enrollment at 800. These additional 200 are at minimum 26 months dosing.
3/17/2017: enrollment at 1200. These additional 400 are at minimum 23 months dosing.
6/28/2017: enrollment at 1600. These additional 400 are t minimum 19.5 months dosing.
8/29/2017: enrollment at 1750. These additional 150 are at minimum 17.5 months dosing.
11/1/2017: enrollment at 1950. These additional 200 are at minimum 15.5 months dosing.
12/14/2017: enrollment at 2100. These additional 150 are at minimum 14 months dosing.
1/11/2018: enrollment at 2200. These additional 100 are at minimum 13 months dosing.
3/19/2018: enrollment at 2400. These additional 200 are at minimum 11 months dosing.
Note: Some rounding has been done so values above are +/- 0.5 month. Based on above, a crude estimate of cumulative patient years is 4244, which divided by 2400 patients gives 1.77 years (21.2 months) as the average dosing period. However, this is a crude estimate that does not account for patient deaths or patient dropouts; the "wave" approach creates a lot of uncertainty too. Because patient enrollment is reported in waves, the minimum dosing above is the most conservative end of the wave. Actual average dosing for each wave is likely higher. I also have not included the last handful of patients (25 patients?) that were reported to be lagging China enrollment that finished in June 2018. These last 25 have been dosed a minimum 7.5 months.
