not sure if the options were excercised or if sold after they were excercised. If an officer or director excercised and sold, that would not bode well for RVX. I would be exercising and holding for long term gain status if I were an officer or director knowing what I know about RVX. 1.28 or 1.37 is a very attractive price.
imo the depressed price is due to lack of news on the pending refi, licensing deal, or whatever - This mushroom philosophy stinks!
I still have not been able to view the document issuing shares to the corporate M&A firm @ $2 per share - I did read your post re: MS explorer but don't have a lot of extra time to track the doc down. It is customary for public companies in development situations to offer equity based compensation to consultants and when I was gathering the info for my previous post, I noted that the option plan is available to consultants for services, not just employees. It would not surprise me at all if the shares were offered to the firm as a retainer or draw on a consulting fee for M&A, IPO, stock issuance, license agreement or whatever is currently going on behind closed doors.
