Thanks for the link - it is actually to a recently granted patent that I had not seen. However, as far as I can see, the patent application I was referring to is not (except for the inventor, assignee etc) not dealing with the same invention as the one you linked to. Did I misunderstand you?

That said, I do not think that anyone should get overly excited about this patent application (that I mentioned) - it appears to cover the formulation of RVX-208, probably in an attempt to prolong patent life.
