BDAZ and BKC - It wouldn't surprise me if this was done to extend patent life as RVX has done int the past. The most recent one extended the patent for RVX208 from 2031 to 2034. When you think about this a little it is actually brilliant. According to the companies projections peek sales will be achieved in 2027/2028 with a market penitration of 84%ish or in theory, well over 15 billion annually. By extending the patent by just a few years it could add a number of $ billions to the value of the company today, if we ever find ourselves negotiating to sell the IP of RVX208 or the company.
