Led you make a good point, I was thinking this as well, but the part that bothers me is... we will not likely ever know what the companys intentions were. If they had tried for more but failed, it seams (as far as Resverlogix is concerned) we are not entitled to that info. You would think that they should have to disclose all their accomplishments AND failures when it comes to this. Unless we are on the inside, we will not likely ever know if Don got what he wanted or not. Not enough transparency with these guys as far as I'm concerned.
