KK2 - Why do you think shares "have" to be issued for a license to distribute. When you renew your drivers license do you get shares in the DMV? RVX or any other company does not have to ask shareholders permission to carry on normal course business. In the Hepa deal it was not just distribution, there is a manufacturing component in that arrangement. In the Hepa deal there were a lot more unknowns than there are today. There are still a lot of unknowns today however much more info is published and unpublished. This is a drug that if it works the way they believe, could produce many many billions in annual sales. If some BPs don't want to share that market with others then now would be the time to take action to protect their potential WW exclusivity.
