Toinv, just a small FYI, CD Ventures has been involved with RVX for quite some time. They probably came in due to Peter Johan, our former Chairman, as he previously had been a senior executive at Bohringer Engelheim. I take it as a good sign if CDV in fact added recently.

Koo, I'm a little confused by your language, I'm sure you realize that if what Don is working is on is purely a licensing agreement then no shares will be issued. The licensee will just be paying for the license. If they are also buying an equity position then shares will be issued for the equity placement.  One nice thing about deals that involve equity and a license is that the share price valuation of the deal is quite flexible as share price price and license price can move off one and other.
