Delay and lack of execution don't just mean increased dilution due to the low share price....it means other things to people that are suffering from diseases than Apabetalone could potentially help treat. In some cases it could be life and death. So while DM perhaps is holding out to get what he perceives to be fair market value, there are people on dialysis at extreme risk of a MAC event while waiting for a new Kidney...a gentleman across the street from me is in this situation, he already had bypass surgery.
