I really don't want to get hung up on meaningless conjecture but I do want to clarify

I agree with you the basic and fully diluted share counts are most likely correct, I didn't check them and much depends on option and warrant excercises in terms of the fully diluted shares outstanding. My point was that you can only.have one target market value for Resverlogix, lets say 1.5B. So if there are 174MM shares O/S, the price would be $8.59 per share. If fully diluted share count is 198MM, then the price per share is $7.58 per share.
Enough said - we are counting beans.
