Koo, I re read this entire thread and there is nothing in violation of Agoracom rules. Toniv asked a fair question and Tada and others (including me) provided fair and balanced responses. No one claimed that BETonMACE was going to fail. The conversation was about the hypothetical scenario of just missing the statistical cut off. Let's all hope that the DSMB, Clinical Steering Committee and Resverlogix make the right decision at the interim analys(es) to adjust the trial if necessary to avoid this scenario. This forum is open to not just positive discussions but also fair criticism and consideration of different trial outcomes. No foul. Play on.
