Their previous reply on Friday: "Resverlogix adheres to a high standard Disclosure Policy. The Company is in compliance with proper disclosure methods."

Their updated reply today after I requested further clarification: "As mentioned previously, Resverlogix is in full compliance with regulators. Management will not be commenting further."

I am fully aware of Agoracom's rules. Although I have a mix of rules 1, 2 and 5 going on in my head right now, I will keep those thoughts to myslef.
