I'm as anxious as anyone for the DSMB report myself toinv, because I think that's all we're going to get...

if I had to bet on it I'd wager the SSRA has gone the way of the Futility Analysis. At least this time though we were given a heads up by Sarah that the SSRA is not a sure thing....I don't think there was ever any such communication about nixing the FA. 

Resverlogix seems to have a way of wording their PRs that lead everyone here to think they're heading in a definitive direction, then they change course.  The April 17th news of a "proposed" share offering had everyone here complaining, I think I was the only one saying...'this isn't a done deal, it might not even happen'. 

Same goes for the possibility of increasing enrollment.  The way it was worded in the 6th DSMB PR I can understand why most would think its pretty much a slam dunk.  But its just something they've taken "under consideration".  Whenever someone says to me, "we'll take the suggestion under consideration" I figure there's at least a 95% chance its dead in the water.  

I know that I'm not a good little lamb, I have a tendency to wonder away from the other sheep....and that often gets the herd upset.  But I come by it honestly.  

Final note, it was nice to see RVX close higher on such a brutal day for the overall markets.  A 3 cent bump isn't much of course, but it beats a negative day.  Of course the last trade of the day was transacted over the Alpha Exchange so on a lot of financial sites RVX shows as having closed down 3 cents on the day instead of up....I like that, it appeals to my contrarian side.
