Just to be clear Bear, I would prefer to see an SSRA done.  For two reasons. 

To set in dried cement that BETonMACE is "properly powered" at ~2,400 patients.  And secondly, something you've mentioned yourself bear, to provide a benchmark as to where the trial stands in terms of events.

To my mind the biggest uncertainty with Resverlogix rests with their cash position, and the question of whether or not its sufficient to get them to the BETonMACE finish line.  Confirmation that the trial has progressed to such an extent that we can reasonably anticipate completion before 2018 turns into 2019 would go a long way to alleviating that uncertainty in my opinion.

With that being said it is merely my "opinion" that there won't be an SSRA done, and I think equally that we may very well have seen the last DSMB update.  At times it seems to me that, rather than easing any uncertainty shareholders have, that at times the company increases it with the way they handle corporate communications.
