Archman I like your explanation best on this. Since there are little or no side effects in taking this medicine then perhaps all that were interviewed are okay with continuing the program. Also... perhaps cultural upbringing may be a factor.... we all have old people in our lives and some of them can be pretty stubborn and I could not imagine 2,400 elderly from western countries agreeing to continue. I’m not familiar however with how an elderly man or woman in communist China would react if a medical official or some other professional asked them if they wished to continue. 

I believe the company disclosed that all that were interviewed wished to continue. I wish I knew what that number was. I’m pretty confident it wasn’t all participants or else they would have said all participants. Also I think we could all agree that the odds of 2,400 people all agreeing would be unlikely considering they each would have theirs own individual aches and pains and personalities, as well as influential family members that could be involved in their decision making.
