Toinv - The class action filed today is aimed at bettering investors positions. If we see a class action filed aiming at compensating the placebo group, Amarin may see a very dramatic drop in their share price. We will see how much traction "anti-statin" gets. This could be exceptionally good for RVX by the time we get there. I'm just wondering whether there is a big rabbit to be pulled out of a little hat in the next few weeks by the RVX management.
