Take a peek at Drugs.com ; 275 known drug interactions with mineral oil? Good grief could that be right ? Lipoid Pneumonia and mineral oil ingestion worth at look in PubMed, and Google search. One of these publications was MD Anderson around 2007. Schneider L and pulmonary effects long term mineral oil ingestion may be instructive and was published in NEJM; yes its old but so is the Hippocratic Oath. I find the whole thing beyond belief.
