I also think that this news release with “one or two” additional capital contributions could be used as collateral for an enterprising banker to provide the check necessary pay off the complete loan by midnight tonight....if it got really down to the nitty gritty.

The terms could be onerous...but my experience tells me that good people will work with good people if the proposition is reasonable...the RVX story is getting more reasonable as each month goes buy.
