The question is what price will RVX set for the USA license. HL USA will be given the first grab at it when it goes up for sale.

But a ROFR will limit the ability to sell and seek buyers. I'm not sure it would be legal for DM to know what other interested parties are willing to pay for the license to help set the price tag.

I'm sure it will be left to Rothchild & Co to sort that out.
