Koo - I in no way stated that RVX would set a price. My example had a Pharma making an offer to them and they accepting or not accepting the price. If they were happy with it, they would have to give HL the option to buy at that price first but it would have been a Pharma that set the price and made the offer. I am sure that RVX would receive guidance as to the worth from Rothschild or such but RVX has the end decision on whether to accept ot not. All of this does not ruffle any feathers at HL as it is how it happens. HL has a 40+% say in that RVX decision.
