I counted 30 days starting Feb 1, with March 2/3 being the weekend of course, that's how I came up with March 4th....but March 1st would be better as the PR did say:
"...the company anticipates closing one or more additional subscriptions for equity units within the next 30 days...."
I'm expecting that they won't deliver based simply on past performance.....and that's okay, it is forward looking and non-material....they would not be absoulutely required to put out news if they fail to deliver on this expectation.
But being proactive and professional in communicating with the market, if that is part of the company's ethos....then notifying the market of where things stands before failing to meet the expecation would be the right thing to do.
It all depends on how much they care about being professional, proactive and transparent....
Of course if they succeed in closing that/those subscrtion(s) and put out news to that effect within the 30 days then its all moot.
