Yes but if there were indications the trial would not succeed it would be wise to raise funds now, to clear all debts and have a cushion to start a new trial.

Triple blind study.  There can't be any indications that the trial won't succeed.

If BoM is a failure, I have trouble seeing them just continuing on with more studies.  228,000,00 shares.  Huge drop in the stock price. Don's in his mid 60s? My guess is they would try to sell assets or there would be a big rollback (reverse split) and restructuring. 

But, no need to go there.  The bet is on BoM.  I'm voting with Narmac -- minimize dilution.
