Thanks for the clarifications, and overview RVXOldtimer. Good stuff. I'm a little lax on many of the "details" ... agree though, not too worried about it as too many have too big of a stake to let it bleed out prior to top line, etc ... doesn't mean there couldn't be a leverage play by somebody at the 11th hour though, or an attempt ... oh what the heck there have almost surely been some behind the scenes along the way lol ... this is not a candy & gingerbread world or game, can only imagine how some conversations have probably gone down ...... "you need me" ...... "you need me more!!" :)
