You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
If that ends up being the case, then I believe it would be material information thus requiring disclosure. Agree?
I imagine there are all manner of possibilities....but right now as things stand all we know is that the agreement expires on Monday and that without and extension or some agreement, that the $8 million is refundable to HL USA.
