Partly, I also worry about trials exclusively in third world countries, particularly if all in one country. I can not recall exactly but at one time a few years back there was a trial done on a drug in two countries and the results for one; the one in USSR were completely off base and fraud was discovered.

I dont think this is going to happen here but want to make sure most of the pateints are coming from where the previous phase two trials were done; crossing all my Is and Ts before taking a position :)
