Smart man....someone on stocktwits identified themselves as a newbie and asked if buying meant having to buy OTC.  I replied that RVX/RVXCF is high risk and asked the poster if he could afford to lose money, but yes....OTC symbol RVXCF.

Thinking about the racial/ethnic backgrounds....ultimately given that its placebo controlled, I'd have to assume that those of say an African background, that roughly half would be on placebo and the other half on 208.....meaning risk related to race/ethnicity, that it really shouldn't be a factor....although you never know.
