"NASDAQ before top line? That's a hard one!"

Not that far fetched. Resverlogix announced that it was pursuing a US listing almost 9 months ago, and shareholders approved at the Sept 2018 AGM the amendment to allow consolidation of outstanding common shares, if necessary, in order to comply with stock exchange minimum share price requirements. The Board has the discretion to proceed with the share consolidation for a period of 12 months following the Sept 2018 AGM. We're over 7 months in to that 12 month period. Hopefully, share consolidation won't be necessary at all. There's a good argument for getting on the Nasdaq before top-line announcment in order to have greater exposure, access to US markets and liquidity.
