KK2 - RVX a subsidiary of HL. Far from the truth.

HL has just over 43% of RVX on a fully diluted basis...thats less than 7% of being a subsidiary, not very far from the truth. I believe that once ownership went over 35% HL had to start putting the losses from RVX on their balance sheet according to their accounting rules. To me that sounds awfully close to a subsidiary although not quite here in North America.
