I can't say this loudly enough, I LOVE IT!!! 

I'm not talking about the news itself, I like the news, but what really gets me excited is the tone.  Its almost like a scene from Dragnet, just the facts.  No hyperbole, no forward looking bullish sounding proclamations.  It has that 'walk softly and carry a big stick' feel to it.  

If Resverlogix was desperately and actively engaged in trying to attract investors and satisfy current shareholders then I would have expected language like:

The company is pleased to announce that it has entered into an amending agreement with its lender Third Eye Capital extending the maturity date of the loan to Aug 4th 2019 as well as lowering the minimum cash balance requirement to $3 million USD from $5 million....yadda yadda yadda facts facts facts.

CEO etc remarked:  "We are extremely pleased that our lender has allowed us to extend the loan agreement.  As we move closer to the release of top-line data and subsequent more complete results this agreement increases our flexibility to meet the goal of bringing this potentially transformative and excting compound....blah blah blah...insert bullish sounding forward looking  hyperbole".  

Nope....to me its almost like the company said, just give them the required facts, nothing more nothing less.  That puts a huge smile on my face.
