iconoclast - I agree that the eGFR should be greater than 3.4% for the dosed patients in the BoM trial based on the information that you have presented here. We will find out in the near future. 

I have to thank BDAZ for correcting me on the Canagliflozin information. That drug only slowed the decline in eGFR but did not increase it. The genital safety issue was the big challenge for me to wrap my head around. I wouldn't want to lose the twins in the bank lobby while going in to cash the royalty cheque that ZCC sent me for the sales of apabetalone.
