Dude, if (when) we hit 25, I will gladly host a bbq and provide Browns tickets for any regulars here desiring to indulge in Cleveland, formerly the mistake by the lake, and party like it's 1999 with Mr & Mrs Buckeyes ... oh wait, 2019!

... if everybody brings a bottle of wine ... well, we may not make it to the Browns game, but who cares! 

Make it Hawa'ii if we hit 35 ... or better yet join me and my buddy on the board who brought me here, and who is going to open a bar with me in Key West ... we don't care if anybody shows up at the bar other than friends and family, and RVX shareholder haha
