RVXoldtimer - I went back and re-read my post that you are referring to. RVX did not announce that their MC went over a billion, I was referring to them announcing the financing just a couple of days after they got very close to a billion MC. The financing was likely conceived a couple of days prior to them hitting a share price of $4.94 is the point I was attempting to make.
