Stop worrying, the market price action lately is reasonable considering a share plus warrant can be acquired for $4. How much do you think a warrant is worth anyway?

The low common share price is temporary in my opinion. It’ll be back above $4 before top line. It takes time to work through all the supply that RVX just dumped onto the market. After the deal is closed, and as traders close out their positions (those who participate in the offering with the intention of selling before topline are trading) the price will trend higher.

Eventually it should approach something resembling fair value.
