Tada, thanks for sharing.  I would imagine if and when this financing closes satisfactorly, shares will start to be fairly hard to come by. RVX will have cash with decreasing cash burn , should be debt free or close to it and just in waiting mode.  As I previously reported, in September Don told me management figured the company's EV was around $3B then. I wouldn't be shocked if the MC achieved half of this leading up to top line readout if the debt is cleared off with this financing.
