RVXOT, according to BB, the prospectus is open to all parties, retail and all. The prospectus has not closed yet, so brokers are only booking orders as it seems. Would not tell me their goal as to the number of units for sale. It sounds to me that it may not close the end of the month. The agent seemed very uncertain.
