tada,
I'm with you, and I am not getting any youner ... (until I start consuming apabetalone from a gallon jug in the fridge, maybe!) :)
With such a library of molecules, 208 could go to the highest bidder, at numbers dictated by BoM results across 3 mammoth indications, with "huge" upside remaining for both "known" and "unknown" indications ... a very interesting valuation proposition. But, the closer 208 gets to FDA "safe and effective" the less risk in purchasing, validation of the molecule, with huge additional upside for that proven molecule. I guess the "star factory" concept with a mammoth star on the front end and enough cash to ride off into the sunset for many, and/or start work on the next star(s)?
For example, I would be pretty happy with 208 peeled off for a $25-30 ish pps (if so fortunate), and possibly a lot more based on future value of indications ... if RVX hits a homerun in 1-3 categories, with even more being contemplated with good looking potential. RVX-208 looks like a bonafide monster potentially (pending data), not sure about the library, so I am sure if it hits it will be leveraged HARD in any kind of deal for rights and/or outright purchase. But there MUST be a HUGE value assigned to the existing reserach, library, science minds, and other "goodwill" for RVX, beyond 208, if a full buyout would occur, right?
Getting older, I must say I would also like to have this molecule on the market in case my family, friends, or "I" may need it at some point as well! ... it would be ironically satisfying to build some wealth from a product that in turn eventually helps me enjoy that wealth for a longer healthier happier life. Grand slam. Drops the mic.
QUESTION: How would a BP buyout of RVX or just 208 likely look though? A cash sum for your stock, to individual owners? A stock swap of RVX stock for marketable BP stock at appropriate relative values? I would imagine if 208 were to simply be purchased, then it would be a massive cash infusion into RVX radically inflating our RVX shares? Other?
Anyway, apologies for putting the cart before the horse (data), just speculative conversation, among us girls, in the RVX locker room .....
