I really don't think the money raised is to get the company to the results of MACE.  I am pretty sure, and many might agree, the 2-4 month date is going to be longer.  The reason I say that is becasue in most cases they have not been accurate with milestone dates in the past.  Yes third eye needs to be satisfied and I am sure this money will do that but I'll bet something else is in the works.

Maybe there is a stipulation in a "potential contract" that states this loan must be eliminated.  Just a guess...

I am not concerned at this point about funding...I am just waiting with bated breath for the resultsof MACE
