CCD - I concur, the numbers don't add up visa vee the amount from financings since the loan was secured. Obviously there is communication between Third Eye and RVX or we would have seen a few press releases alerting us to some ongoing legal issues. Because we have not seen any of that it increases my confidence that we may see good success when the top line results are announced.
