"Bear does this indicate to you that all are coming out the same announcement date?...And can I assume that top-line data readout (referred to in the first paragraph of the NR) and primary endpoint to be the one and the same?"

There is only one primary endpoint: "Time to first occurrence of adjudication-confirmed narrowly defined MACE (single composite endpoint of CV death or non-fatal MI or stroke)." The top-line data announcement will be for the primary endpoint results for sure. It will likely also include some info on some of the results of secondary and exploratory endpoints. However, keep in mind that there are several secondary and exploratory endpoints. "....and additional secondary and exploratory endpoints are expected to be announced" is ambiguous enough to provide a lot of wiggle room for which secondary/exploratory endpoints are actually announced along with the top-line for the primary endpoint. They never stated that ALL secondary/exploratory endpoints would be announced along with the primary endpoint.
