To my knowledge, there was never any suggestion of a recapitalization (share issue) in conjunction with the authorization for a potential share consolidation (if even required). Since the current shareholder approval for potential share consolidation expires in a few days, then I would imagine that the notice of meeting for the October 31 AGM may seek to renew this approval again. Unless the top-line comes out before notice of meeting with BETonMACE results and share price appreciation that removes any need for share consolidation.
