Don't get me wrong Bear, I want the unconsolidated version of the story to unfold as much as most here. In consolidated may not have been the best wording as consolidating and US listing go hand in hand. I just don't think the timing of events at this point in time will allow for a listing and major news to be used to its fullest advantage. My rose coloured glasses see clearly from time to time to allow me to see other options. In all my years of investing I have never seen a company openly state that they are making plans for failure (read that as disaster). I have seen situations where stated objectives were used to provide for alternate outcomes.

I certainly didn't expect my thought to be a popular one.
