I was also thinking about this when the announcement was made.  DM has been quarterbacking this for a long time and I think he's ready to retire and hand the ball over to an all-star running back who can take it to the endzone.  The board position for ORI makes me think that a new chairman and/or president will be appointed (with background in how to move this forward), regardless if TLD is good or bad.  If we have good news, I'm sure there will be some very nice parting gifts provided.  Dr Wong may also be handing the reins over to the new kids on the team.

RVX has never wanted to take this story into the next phase (i.e. commercialization).  The buyout from big pharma has always been the game plan with dividends flowing to Zenith over time.

Super Bowl Monday comes early this season (Sep 30).
