Perhaps. But if there had been really favourable changes in eGFR, I would have thought they would have submitted an abstract for one of the kidney meetings too.
I’m still intrigued why some investigators asked Don to delay presentation of some BETonMACE results until March. I imagine it must have been something to do with either the GFR data or the cognitive data, as there’s nothing else apart from the CVD and ALP data, is there? Perhaps you’re right and they will present both data sets in San Diego next month. This would certainly make sense if cognitive function changes were greater in the low GFR group and/or were correlated with improvement in GFR. Time will tell!
