Bdaz - "However, when a primary endpoint fails, all subsequent secondary and exploratory endpoints are considered only exploratory and not confirmatory results even if they achieve statistical significance. "
The same sentiment was stated by Dr's Ray and Shah.
Cityslicker - "It does not follow from what we already know about the trial that it was "underpowered" for this aspect. "
The positive remarks from DM on the webcast seem to support this.
I'm having trouble reconciling in my mind these 2 seemingly contradictory outlooks. And I agree more with cityslicker and DM's views as it seems the first view throws out the baby with the bathwater.
Can someone with more knowledge help me understand this?
Thanks
