Exactly ... the Judge in the court room does not get "excited" or influenced by court room antics and drama, like the jury, spectators, and press might. The FDA and BP will ignore the noise, and focus on the law, and the facts. While the retailers get excited over the good and the bad, and FUD, and bounce around all over the place.

Personally ... I just don't expect much from the retail market ... until the Judge (FDA or BP) makes a ruling or commits to a direction that is substantive.

Just too many questions marks, and not being on the major markets, ... for now ... 

FDA and BP are going to be the earth movers
