Thanks tada....I'm a little fuzzy on patent law, more than a little actually.  It gets confusing when 208 is combined with another compound and a new patent application is filed....as I believe happened just recently, but I don't think we know what this new patent is for yet, all I've seen are guesses.

So how does that work?  If you have say Friedrich's Ataxia, and you're taking 208 in combo with a Pfizer drug....that's one patent, but if you end up taking 208 with a statin, that's another patent?
